Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 (8 oz.) packages cream cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix together graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar.
  2. Press the mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan to form the crust.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Add the beaten eggs, 1 cup sugar, and vanilla to the cream cheese, mixing well.
  5. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 45 minutes or until set.
  7. Allow to cool before refrigerating for at least 4 hours before serving.
