Pepperoni Soft Pretzels (Bread Machine)

- 1 egg yolk, room temperature (save white for egg wash) ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon oil ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons sugar ⓘ
- 1 teaspoon salt ⓘ
- 1/8 teaspoon white pepper ⓘ
- 3 1/2 cups bread flour ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon active dry yeast ⓘ
- 1 cup thin sliced pepperoni ⓘ
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese ⓘ
- Egg Wash ⓘ
- 1 egg white ⓘ
- 1 tablespoon water ⓘ

Instructions
- Program machine for the Dough setting.
- When the bread machine beeps, place dough on a lightly floured surface and divide into 16 pieces.
- Roll each piece into a 16 inch rope. Cross the ends of the rope to make a loop; twist the crossed ends once and fold across the loop.
- Place on a greased baking sheet 1 1/2 inches apart. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with.
