Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. paprika
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 4 pork chops, 3/4-inch thick
  • 1/2 cup dairy sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a small mixing bowl, combine paprika, garlic salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Rub each pork chop with the paprika mixture.
  4. Place the pork chops on the unheated rack of a broiler pan.
  5. Broil 4 to 5 inches from the heat for 8 minutes.
  6. Turn the chops over and broil for an additional 7 to 9 minutes, or until the meat is no longer pink.
  7. Serve the pork chops with sour cream.
