Perchy Pasta combines flaky baked perch with tender pasta, infused with lemon, herbs, and spices for a light, flavorful seafood dish suitable for quick weeknight dinners.

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 450°F.
- Rinse the perch fillets, pat dry, and place in a baking pan.
- Season both sides of the fish with 4 tsp. olive oil, 4 tsp. melted margarine, spike or oregano, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.
- Top the fish with paprika.
- Bake for 15 minutes.
- Meanwhile, boil the pasta in an uncovered pot for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Drain the cooked pasta.
