Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 egg
  • 1 c. crushed crackers
  • 1 c. green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. grated cheese
  • 1 c. tomato juice

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together. Shape into a loaf. Pour ketchup over top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
