Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 4 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 2/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. Sift together flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  3. Set aside.
  4. Cream together peanut butter and milk.
  5. Add the peanut butter mixture to the dry ingredients and mix well.
  6. Beat thoroughly until smooth.
  7. Pour batter into a greased loaf pan.
  8. Bake at 325°F for 45 to 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  9. Allow to cool before slicing. Best enjoyed a day old.
