Ingredients

  • 1 head or bunch of Romaine lettuce
  • 1/4 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 lb. bacon
  • 1/2 red onion

Instructions

  1. Clean and dry the lettuce, cauliflower, and onion.
  2. Tear the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice the cauliflower and red onion thinly.
  4. Fry the bacon until crispy and crumble or slice thinly.
  5. Add the sliced cauliflower and onion to the bacon and fry until cooked.
  6. Mix the lettuce, cauliflower, bacon, and onion together and serve.
