Pickle Burgers

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. lean ground beef
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. celery salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 dill pickle

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients together except dill pickle.
  2. Cut pickle into 4 lengthwise pieces.
  3. Shape hamburger mixture around pickle quarter.
  4. Broil 6 minutes on each side.
  5. Serve on a hot dog roll.
