Instructions
- Cook noodles as directed.
- Add oil.
- Drain and rinse after cooking.
- Heat vinegar, sugar, pepper, dry mustard, garlic and salt until dissolved.
- Add cucumbers, onion, garlic and pimentos. Pour over cooked and drained noodles.
- Stir in parsley.
- Cover and refrigerate 24 to 48 hours.
