- Grease and flour a 10-inch tube pan.
- Set aside.
- In a large mixer bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil, eggs, and 1/3 cup pineapple juice.
- Beat with electric mixer on low speed until combined.
- Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.
- Add pineapple and coconut; stir by hand until blended.
- Pour into prepared pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 45 to 50 minutes, or until cake tests done.
- Cool and remove from pan.
