Pineapple Bread Pudding(Stuffing)

Instructions
- Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
- Add the beaten eggs and crushed pineapple (drained) to the mixture and blend well.
- Cut the crusts off the white bread and cut the slices into cubes.
- Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
- Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until golden and set.
