Pineapple Bread Pudding(Stuffing)

A sweet and tropical bread pudding featuring crushed pineapple and soft bread, perfect for a comforting dessert or side dish with ham or other meats.

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 stick butter, softened
  • 4 eggs, beaten
  • 16 oz. can crushed pineapple in juice
  • 7 to 8 slices white bread, crusts removed

Instructions

  1. Cream together the butter and sugar in a mixing bowl.
  2. Add the beaten eggs and crushed pineapple (drained) to the mixture and blend well.
  3. Cut the crusts off the white bread and cut the slices into cubes.
  4. Add the bread cubes to the mixture and stir until evenly coated.
  5. Pour the mixture into a casserole dish.
  6. Bake uncovered at 350°F (175°C) for 45 minutes, or until golden and set.
