Ingredients

  • 8 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 small packages instant pudding (French vanilla or pineapple)
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 large can crushed pineapple

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake mix according to the package directions and allow it to cool.
  2. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  3. Prepare the instant pudding using 3 cups of milk according to package instructions.
  4. Fold the pudding into the cream cheese until well combined.
  5. Drain the crushed pineapple and spread it evenly over the cooled cake.
  6. Spread the cream cheese and pudding mixture over the pineapple layer.
  7. Chill the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
