Ingredients

  • 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
  • 1 (8 3/4 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. orange-pineapple or lemon Jell-O
  • 1 1/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/4 teaspoon grated orange or lemon rind
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple, reserving the syrup.
  2. Dissolve the gelatin in boiling water.
  3. Add the reserved pineapple syrup to the gelatin and let it cool slightly.
