Pineapple Cheeseball

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/4 c. finely chopped bell pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 c. chopped pecans, divided

Instructions

  1. Combine first 4 ingredients.
  2. Add 1 cup pecans and mix well. Refrigerate until firm, then shape into ball.
  3. Roll in remaining pecans before serving.
  4. Very good with Town House crackers.
