Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can flaked coconut
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 5 Tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  1. Mix thoroughly the crushed pineapple, flaked coconut, Eagle Brand milk, lemon juice, and chopped pecans.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baked pie crust or graham cracker crust.
  3. Refrigerate until set.
  4. Makes 2 pies.
