Instructions
- Drain the crushed pineapple and add water to make 2 cups of liquid. Bring to a boil.
- Add lemon jello, lime jello, and salt to the boiling liquid. Stir until dissolved.
- Let the mixture cool until slightly thickened but not set.
- Fold in the chopped toasted almonds, light mayonnaise, and light cottage cheese.
- Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
