Ingredients

  • 1 small box lemon jello
  • 1 small box lime jello
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped toasted almonds
  • 1 cup light mayonnaise
  • 1 cup light cottage cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Drain the crushed pineapple and add water to make 2 cups of liquid. Bring to a boil.
  2. Add lemon jello, lime jello, and salt to the boiling liquid. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Let the mixture cool until slightly thickened but not set.
  4. Fold in the chopped toasted almonds, light mayonnaise, and light cottage cheese.
  5. Pour the mixture into a mold and chill until set.
