Ingredients

  • 1 yellow cake mix
  • 1 (20 oz.) can Dole crushed pineapple
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
  • 1 small tub Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Bake the yellow cake as directed on the box and let it cool.
  2. Pour the crushed pineapple evenly over the cooled cake.
  3. In a blender, blend the cream cheese and vanilla instant pudding until smooth.
  4. Spread the cream cheese and pudding mixture over the pineapple layer on the cake.
  5. Spread Cool Whip evenly on top of the cake.
  6. Sprinkle shredded coconut on top of the Cool Whip for garnish.
