Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. margarine
  • 1 1/2 c. confectioner sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 c. crushed nuts
  • 2/3 box vanilla wafers
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Cream margarine and confectioner sugar until fluffy.
  2. Add beaten eggs and beat until creamy.
  3. Roll vanilla wafers and place half of the crumbs in an 8-inch square pan.
  4. Spread the creamed mixture over the crumbs.
  5. Top with crushed pineapple.
  6. Whip the cream and add crushed nuts to it.
  7. Spread the whipped nuts mixture over the pineapple.
  8. Cover with the remaining crumbs.
  9. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving.
