Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. wide noodles
  • 1 small carton cottage cheese
  • 1 small carton sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 c. sugar
  • 1 can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1 stick butter

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
  2. Boil noodles; drain.
  3. Combine cottage cheese, sour cream, eggs, sugar, drained crushed pineapple, and melted butter; mix well.
  4. Pour mixture into the prepared pan.
  5. Sprinkle with cinnamon.
  6. Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes, or until browned.
