Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 cup pecans
  • 1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
  • 1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 can Eagle Brand milk
  • 1 cup coconut

Instructions

  1. Beat Eagle Brand milk and juice of lemons until thick.
  2. Add crushed pineapple, Cool Whip, coconut, brown sugar, white sugar, oleo, flour, and pecans to the mixture.
  3. Pour the combined mixture into a prepared crust.
  4. Refrigerate until set before serving.
