Ingredients

  • 1 large package lemon jello
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 small can crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 3/4 cup ginger ale

Instructions

  1. Put jello in a bowl and add hot water.
  2. Stir until dissolved.
  3. Beat cream cheese with electric mixer until smooth.
  4. Add jello mixture at low speed to the cream cheese.
  5. Add crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, and ginger ale.
  6. Pour into a small jello mold and refrigerate until firm.
