Pineapple Orange Creme

- Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter. Reserve 1/3 cup crumb mixture.
- Press remaining crumb mixture into an ungreased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.
- In a mixer bowl, beat dry milk, orange juice, and egg white on high speed for 3 minutes.
- Add lemon juice and beat for another 3 minutes on high speed.
- Blend in sugar on low speed for about 30 seconds.
- Fold in crushed pineapple.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle with the reserved crumb mixture.
- Freeze for at least 8 hours before serving.
