Ingredients

  • 8 oz. can crushed pineapple
  • 16 oz. can pear halves
  • 6 oz. package lime jello
  • 2 c. boiling water
  • 3 oz. package cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Drain the pineapple and pear halves, reserving the juices.
  2. Cut the pear halves into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Add boiling water to the reserved juices to make 2 cups of liquid.
  4. Dissolve the lime jello in the boiling water, then add the reserved juices.
  5. Combine the cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth.
  6. Stir the fruit pieces into the cheese mixture.
  7. Add the fruit and cheese mixture to the jello mixture and mix well.
  8. Pour into a lightly oiled 8-cup mold and chill until firm.
