Pineapple Salada

Ingredients

  • 1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
  • 1 c. boiling water
  • 1 small can pineapple, drained
  • 3 large bananas, sliced
  • 10 large marshmallows, cut up
  • drained pineapple juice
  • water
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 egg, well beaten
  • 3 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 c. whipped whipping cream

Instructions

  1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
  2. Let it cool until it reaches a syrup stage.
  3. Add drained pineapple, bananas and marshmallows to gelatin.
  4. Pour into a 9 x 9-inch pan.
  5. Let stand to congeal.
