Ingredients

  • 3/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 c. sliced celery
  • 1 c. orange sections
  • 1/2 to 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 Tbsp. lime juice

Instructions

  1. Mix drained pineapple with cooked shrimp, sliced celery, and orange sections.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, curry powder, garlic salt, and lime juice to make the dressing.
  3. Toss the salad with part of the dressing, passing the remaining dressing at serving time.
