Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. frozen squash
  • 1 (1 lb.) can crushed pineapple, drained (1 1/4 cups)
  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. butter

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen squash and combine it with drained crushed pineapple, 4 tablespoons of brown sugar, and salt.
  2. Put the mixture in a 1-quart casserole dish and dot the top with butter.
  3. Sprinkle the remaining brown sugar over the top.
  4. Bake in a 350°F oven for 25 minutes.
