Pineapple Stuffed Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. butter
  • 3/4 c. chopped celery
  • 1/3 c. browned onions
  • 1 1/4 c. crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 6 chops

Instructions

  1. Fill the chops, then brown them.
  2. Pour drained pineapple juice over and bake in a slow oven.
