Ingredients

  • 1 (3 oz.) package orange jello
  • 1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
  • 1 small container Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the orange jello in hot water according to package instructions.
  2. Chill the jello until partially set, then stir in crushed pineapple and Cool Whip until well combined.
  3. Pour one-third of the mixture into the bottom of a 2-quart oblong dish.
  4. Add a layer of graham crackers over the mixture.
  5. Repeat layers of mixture and graham crackers two more times, ending with a layer of the mixture.
  6. Top with Cool Whip and garnish with crushed graham crackers.
  7. Refrigerate until firm before serving.
