Seminole Victory Stew
A hearty Southern-inspired stew featuring tender veal, rich flavors from red wine and consommé, complemented by sweet onions and served over noodles for a satisfying meal.

Instructions
- Brown the veal in shortening in a heavy metal pot.
- Remove the veal and set aside.
- Stir the flour into the pan drippings and cook for 2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add the consommé and red wine, mixing well.
- Cook until thickened and smooth, stirring constantly.
- Add the veal and peeled onions.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Simmer, covered, for 1 1/2 hours.
- Serve over a bed of cooked noodles.
