Ingredients

  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 1 (16 oz.) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup whipped cream or Cool Whip

Instructions

  1. Cream the sugar with the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Stir in mayonnaise until well combined.
  3. Fold in the jellied cranberry sauce, drained crushed pineapple, chopped pecans, and whipped cream or Cool Whip.
  4. Pour the mixture into a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan and freeze.
  5. Once frozen, cut into slices and then into squares to serve.
