Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can corned beef hash
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped celery
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine the chopped onion, chopped celery, and chopped green pepper with the corned beef hash.
  2. Unroll each crescent roll dough from the can.
  3. Place triangles of dough on a greased cookie sheet with the large ends in the center, overlapping slightly, and the small ends pointing outward to the edges of the sheet, forming a sunburst pattern with an open circle in the middle.
  4. Place the hash mixture in a ring over the base of the dough triangles.
  5. Fold the points of the dough triangles over the filling and tuck them under the base of the ring, allowing the filling to show through the slits.
  6. Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 25 to 30 minutes until golden brown.
