Ingredients

  • 2 c. flour
  • 1/4 c. ground almonds
  • 1 stick cold butter
  • 6 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 (3.4 oz.) boxes pistachio pudding mix
  • 5 eggs

Instructions

  1. Combine flour and almonds; cut in butter until crumbly. Press onto sides and bottom of a greased 10-inch spring-form pan. Bake at 400° for 10 minutes.
