Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 package (4-serving size) instant pistachio pudding
  • 3/4 cup nuts or chocolate pieces
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

  1. Mix all dry ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Add liquids (milk, oil, vanilla) and stir until well combined.
  3. Fill cupcake liners 3/4 full with batter.
  4. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for about 15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
