Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Blend all cake ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
- Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
- Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
- Bake for 40 minutes.
- Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
- Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
- Split the cake into 3 layers and frost.
