Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. white or yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. pistachio flavored instant pudding and pie filling
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c. club soda
  • 1 c. oil
  • 1/2 c. nuts, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Blend all cake ingredients in a large mixer bowl.
  3. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed of mixer.
  4. Pour batter into a greased and floured 10-inch Bundt pan.
  5. Bake for 40 minutes.
  6. Cool in the pan for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from pan and cool on a rack.
  8. Split the cake into 3 layers and frost.
