- Combine cake mix, pudding mix, sour cream, eggs, oil, and water; beat well until smooth.
- In a small bowl, toss together cinnamon and chopped walnuts.
- Divide the batter between two greased and floured 9 x 5-inch loaf pans.
- Alternate layers of batter with sugar-nut mixture, ending with a sugar layer on top.
- Bake for 1 hour or until loaves test done. For electric ovens, bake 45 to 50 minutes.
