Ingredients

  • 1 lb. raw ground turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 16 oz. can whole cranberry sauce
  • 1 cup bread crumbs
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, and egg until blended. Shape into 4 large or 8 small patties.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, melt margarine and brown the patties on both sides.
  3. Blend cranberry sauce, water, and bouillon; pour over the patties.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover, and simmer until cooked through.
