Pita Triangles

Instructions
- Cut pita bread into triangles; leave out overnight to stale. Cook bacon very crispy.
- Chop bacon, green pepper and onion and mix with Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
- Put small amount of mixture on pita bread triangles.
- Broil for a few minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
