Pita Triangles

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. pita bread
  • 1 lb. bacon
  • 1 large green pepper
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. mayonnaise

Instructions

  1. Cut pita bread into triangles; leave out overnight to stale. Cook bacon very crispy.
  2. Chop bacon, green pepper and onion and mix with Cheddar cheese and mayonnaise.
  3. Put small amount of mixture on pita bread triangles.
  4. Broil for a few minutes or until cheese melts and bread browns.
