Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 2 1/2 cups pizza sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 1/2 tsp. fennel seed
  • 1 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 10 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese, grated
  • French bread

Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a frying pan.
  2. Add pizza sauce and seasonings (fennel seed, oregano, garlic powder).
  3. Stir in grated Cheddar and Mozzarella cheeses until melted and well combined.
  4. Pour the cheese mixture into a fondue dish to keep warm.
  5. Cut French bread into cubes.
  6. Dip bread cubes into the cheese mixture and serve.
