Ingredients

  • 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 slices bread
  • 1 slice Provolone or Mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices pepperoni
  • 3 Tbsp. pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet.
  3. Layer the cheese, pepperoni, and pizza sauce on the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook over medium heat until golden brown, turning once.
  6. Serve with additional pizza sauce if desired.
