Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp. oregano
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 cup tomatoes, well drained
  • 1/2 cup grated cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped

Instructions

  1. Mix the hamburger with salt and pepper; pat out into a 9-inch pie pan.
  2. Spread tomatoes over the hamburger and sprinkle with grated cheese, chopped parsley, and chopped onion.
  3. Bake at 375°F for about 25 minutes.
  4. Drain excess liquid if necessary.
  5. Cut into wedges and serve.
