Ingredients

  • 1 large package refrigerated biscuits
  • 1/2 jar pizza sauce
  • 3 pepperoni slices per biscuit
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven according to biscuit package directions.
  2. Separate the refrigerated biscuits.
  3. Press each biscuit flat in the middle, creating a rim around the outside edge.
  4. Spread pizza sauce on top of each biscuit.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Top with three slices of pepperoni on each biscuit.
  7. Bake according to the package directions until golden and bubbly.
  8. Serve warm.
