Pizza Melba Rounds

- Combine the ground chuck and hot pork sausage in a large skillet.
- Cook until browned, then drain well.
- Stir in tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, and Tabasco.
- Add Velveeta cheese in small chunks and cook over low heat until melted, stirring constantly.
- Spoon small mounds of the mixture onto Melba rounds.
- If freezing, place the rounds on a baking sheet and freeze, then transfer to plastic bags for later use.
- When ready to serve, remove from freezer and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until bubbly.
- Sprinkle shredded Mozzarella cheese over each round before baking or while hot if not freezing.
