Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. hamburger
  • 1 cup chopped onion
  • 1 cup pepper
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/8 tsp. Tabasco
  • 15 oz. can tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp. oregano
  • 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 Tbsp. oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Brown and simmer the ground beef, chopped onion, pepper, garlic, and Tabasco.
  2. Pour the meat mixture into a 13 x 9-inch pan.
  3. Cover with Mozzarella cheese and bake until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  4. Serve hot.
