Pizza Pan Cookie

- Preheat oven to 375°.
- Lightly grease two 12-inch pizza pans. Cream the butter, sugar, cream cheese and vanilla in a large bowl. Add eggs; beat until light.
- Combine soda and salt in a small bowl.
- Add to creamed mixture; blend well.
- Stir in chocolate chips and nuts.
- Divide dough in half.
- Press each half evenly into pizza pans.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until lightly browned around edges.
- Cool completely in pans on wire racks.
- Soften 1/2 gallon of ice cream; place evenly between the 2 cookies.
- Freeze!
