Ingredients

  • 2 lb Italian sausage
  • 1 lb Velveeta cheese
  • 2 (10 oz) cans Chef Boyardee pizza sauce
  • dash garlic powder
  • dash oregano
  • 2 loaves party rye bread

Instructions

  1. Mix the grated Velveeta cheese and scrambled, drained Italian sausage together.
  2. Spoon the cheese and meat mixture onto the slices of party rye bread.
  3. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the top of each loaded bread slice.
  4. Bake on a cookie sheet at 400°F for 10 to 15 minutes until puffy and hot.
