A quick and cheesy pizza-style snack using French bread, loaded with sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella, perfect for a fast and satisfying appetizer or casual meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 inch) loaf French bread
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. sliced pepperoni
  • 12 oz. shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Cut the French bread in half lengthwise.
  2. Remove some of the soft bread to make a slightly hollowed loaf.
  3. Place each half on a plate, cut sides up.
  4. Spoon spaghetti sauce evenly over both halves.
  5. Arrange pepperoni and shredded Mozzarella cheese evenly over the tops.
  6. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  7. Microwave on High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes, until cheese is bubbly.
