Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (1 lb.) frozen bread dough, thawed
  • 1/2 cup prepared pasta sauce
  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pepperoni
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Generously coat a rimmed baking sheet with cooking spray.
  3. Thaw the bread dough if frozen, then roll it out into a rectangle on a floured surface.
  4. Spread prepared pasta sauce evenly over the dough.
  5. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  6. Distribute finely chopped pepperoni evenly over the cheese.
  7. Roll up the dough tightly from the longer side to form a log.
  8. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick spirals and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  9. Brush the tops with olive oil and sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  11. Remove from oven and serve warm.
