Ingredients

- 2 cups butterscotch chips

Instructions
- In a small bowl, combine flour, salt, and baking soda.
- In a large bowl, beat oleo, vegetable oil, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and egg until creamy.
- Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto a prepared cookie sheet (ungreased or lightly sprayed).
- Bake at 350°F for 10 to 14 minutes or until edges are crisp and centers are soft.
