Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 4 potatoes, peeled and sliced thin
  • 2 onions, sliced thin
  • 1 can chicken rice soup

Instructions

  1. Make small patties out of ground beef.
  2. Layer the beef patties, sliced onions, and sliced potatoes in a pot, repeating until all ingredients are used.
  3. Add a can of chicken rice soup and a can of water to the layered ingredients.
  4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer until the meat and potatoes are tender.
  5. Serve hot.
