Instructions
- Saute mushrooms in margarine.
- Add condensed cream of mushroom soup, water or milk, shredded Cheddar cheese, and sherry.
- Cook, stirring constantly, until the cheese has melted.
- Add diced cooked ham, chicken, or turkey.
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Do not rinse the noodles.
- Combine cooked noodles with the meat mixture.
- Pour into a shallow buttered 1 1/2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 375°F for 15 minutes or until bubbling.
- For a browner top, place under the broiler.
